Because many of our items are vintage, pre-loved, or one of a kind, we encourage you to review the photographs, measurements, and product description carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, we're always happy to provide additional information to help you shop with confidence.

7-Day Return Window

We gladly accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

  • Original tags must remain attached.

  • The item must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.

  • Please contact us before returning your purchase so we can provide return instructions.

Unless an item arrives not as described, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Final Sale

The following items are final sale:

  • Handmade or made-to-order pieces

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized items

  • Any item clearly marked "Final Sale"

Shipping & Packaging

Every order is prepared with care.

We believe receiving a package should feel just as thoughtful as choosing the piece itself.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.

Packaging

Your order will arrive carefully wrapped using thoughtfully selected packaging materials that reflect our commitment to craftsmanship and stewardship.

Luxury pieces are packaged with extra care to ensure they arrive safely.

Domestic shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

Authenticity is one of our highest priorities.

Every luxury item offered by Haus of Fonz has been carefully inspected before being added to our collection.

Certificate of Authenticity

Every luxury purchase includes a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for your peace of mind.

When applicable, the product listing will indicate whether the certificate is provided through an independent authentication service or accompanies the item from its original source.

If you have questions about a particular piece before purchasing, we're always happy to provide additional photographs or information.

Product Condition Guide

Every item is individually inspected and described as accurately as possible.

Because we specialize in vintage and pre-loved pieces, gentle signs of age are often part of their character.

Our condition ratings are intended to help you shop confidently.

New With Tags (NWT)

Brand new with original retail tags attached.

New Without Tags (NWOT)

Unused without original retail tags.

Excellent Pre-Loved

Minimal signs of wear with no significant flaws.

Very Good Pre-Loved

Light wear consistent with careful use. Any notable imperfections will be described and photographed.

Good Vintage

Visible signs of age and wear that reflect the piece's history while remaining functional and beautiful.

Whenever possible, we photograph and describe any imperfections so there are no surprises.
