Our Story
Welcome Home.
Haus of Fonz is named after the most discerning curator I've ever known.
Fonz believed in first impressions. If you came through the front door, he considered it his responsibility to let you know he was in charge...at least for the first thirty seconds. Once you'd passed inspection, you were family.
He traveled with his own bag, complete with a favorite pashmina, and was entirely convinced first class was the only civilized way to fly. Blankets mattered. Beds mattered. Hotels definitely mattered. He certainly behaved as though he could tell the difference between thread counts, and he made his feelings about hotels abundantly clear. The Ritz-Carlton was always his favorite.
Curator in transit.
When I worked, he claimed either my lap or my desk as his office. His beloved hedgehog was never far away. And if you spoke to him, he always had something to say back. Fonz was wonderfully opinionated, endlessly curious, and never shy about letting his preferences be known.
Looking back, I realize he taught me something important: hospitality isn't about perfection. It's about making people feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for.
That idea became the foundation of Haus of Fonz.
Every piece is thoughtfully curated for its craftsmanship, character, and the story it carries. We believe beautiful things deserve another chapter, and that shopping should feel personal, unrushed, and welcoming. Whether it's a vintage handbag, a beautifully tailored jacket, or a handmade piece, our hope is that it becomes part of your story, too.
The Haus is a place for those who appreciate timeless design, natural materials, thoughtful collecting, and a touch of humor.
Fonz would probably still inspect you at the door.
After that, he'd insist you make yourself at home.
Welcome to the Haus.

P.S. Yes, that's Fonz's real nose print you'll find throughout the Haus. Consider it his official seal of approval.
